We do not offer refunds for any orders. Since each item is specially handcrafted and personalized, all sales are final. We urge customers to review their order details carefully before confirming the purchase.

Cancellation Policy

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. All our products are custom-made and uniquely created for each customer. The illustration and design process begins immediately after the order is confirmed, so please ensure all details are accurate before placing your order.

Replacement for Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or broken, we will offer a free replacement. To initiate this process, you must contact us at support@theloony.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. You will be required to provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage. The product must be unused and retained in its original packaging until the issue is resolved. Once your request is reviewed and approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

Non-Replacement Conditions

We are unable to offer replacements if the issue is reported after 24 hours of delivery. Additionally, we cannot process replacements if the delivery failure or damage is due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or delays caused by courier partners beyond our control.
